How do I know if my order has been taken into account?
There are two ways to check that your order has been taken into account:- After validation and payment of your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail. You will find your order number and a summary of your order. You can also find the summary of your order in your customer account, in the "my orders" tab.
How can I track my order?
Any order placed on Baage can be consulted via your customer account.Once your order has been dispatched, you will also receive an email with your online tracking number.
How can I modify or cancel my current order?
For technical reasons we are unable to change or cancel an order after it has been dispatched, but you can follow the returns procedure once you have received the product and be reimbursed.
