Do the dimensions shown take into account the size of the wheels?

At Baage, all sizes shown take into account the wheels. Is this suitcase compatible with my airline?

Which countries do we deliver to?

Orders placed on our website are delivered to:- France (excluding DOM-TOM and Corsica)- European Union countries (extra cost to be expected at the time of payment)

1) Standard home delivery (48 to 72 working hours): Free of charge for orders over €50At Baage, deliveries are given special attention by our customer service and our carrier GLS.

How do I know if my order has been taken into account?

There are two ways to check that your order has been taken into account:- After validation and payment of your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail. You will find your order number and a summary of your order. You can also find the summary of your order in your customer account, in the "my orders" tab.

How can I track my order?

Any order placed on Baage can be consulted via your customer account.Once your order has been dispatched, you will also receive an email with your online tracking number.

How can I modify or cancel my current order?

For technical reasons we are unable to change or cancel an order after it has been dispatched, but you can follow the returns procedure once you have received the product and be reimbursed.

I have a problem with my order, what should I do?

Please include your order number in the subject line and we will contact you as soon as possible.

If you have changed your mind, you have 14 days after receiving your article to return it to us, the return is free.
