There are two ways to check if your order went through correctly:
- After validation and payment of your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number and a summary of your order.
- You can also find the summary of your order into your customer account -> "my orders".
Any order placed on Baage can be tracked via your customer account.
As soon as your package ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number online.
For technical reasons, we unfortunately cannot modify or cancel an order after it has been processed.
However, you can follow the return procedure once the product has been received and get a refund. Check our refund policy section for further information.
If you encounter a problem after receiving your package, we are very sorry. You can contact our customer service at the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. By specifying your order number in the subject of the e-mail, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We provide multiple shipping options. Please allow us 1-2 business days to process and dispatch your order. You will receive a shipment notification by email, including your tracking number, as soon as your package is dispatched.
Home delivery with GLSThe price depends on the content, the amount and the weight of your order. It is FREE for any order over 50€ TTC.your order will be delivered against signature. It is not possible to choose the day and time of the delivery. In case of absence, the GLS driver will drop off your package at a GLS relay point near you. It is not possible to choose the latter.
Two delivery methods are available on Baage: Standard home delivery in 3 to 4 working days, from the validation of your order and payment. Delivery from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, by our approved carrier GLS. Express delivery: 24 hoursIf you do not collect the parcel within 15 days, it is automatically returned to our warehouse. You can also check the progress of your order by sending us an e-mail after payment.
Baage will pay for the return shipping costs if you follow our usual return procedure.
If you wish to return your package with another carrier or do not follow our terms of return, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please notify us of your wish to return one or more products within 14 days from the day after you receive your package by following the procedure below:

You will receive by e-mail a return label to print and stick on the original package.
Then you just have to drop the package in a GLS/Mondial Relay point of your choice.
Credit card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Please allow 15 business days for us to receive and process your return.
We will notice you by e-mail as soon as your refund has been made.

Several payment methods are available on Baage.
This list is not exhaustive and updates regularly:

We recommend checking that the card’s details you entered, such as expiration date or security code, are correct.
If details are correct, your payment institution may have declined your payment for a reason we are not aware of. We invite you to check with them directly before trying your card again or use a different method.
In order to ensure the security of your online payments, the transactions are carried out on the payment server of our banking establishment.
Security is granted by the presence of a padlock icon in the navigation bar at the top of your browser (valid SSL certificate).
Thanks to a data encryption system, no information is transmitted unencrypted on the site, so you can enter your card number details without anyone being able to intercept.
